SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are generally posted within 1-2 business days. Orders are sent from Stanthorpe, Queensland AUSTRALIA via Australia Post. For custom pins, a mock-up will be sent to you within 24 hours to approve the design. If you do not reply within 24 hours, it will be posted as shown in the photo. Pins that already have display photos such as bow brooches do not receive a mock up as you can see the designs as photographed in listing.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is marked as complete.Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to prevent any delivery issues. We will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information.

Australia: Standard - 3-6 business days. Express - 2-5 business days

US: Standard - 5-9 business days. Express - 4-6 business days

Canada: - Standard - 5-9 business days. Express - 4-6 business days

UK: Standard - 5-7 business days. Express - 3-5 business days

If you do not receive your item within this timeframe please check the tracking on https://auspost.com.au/and if you think there is an issue, please contact us. Australia Post does not allow customers to lodge an investigation enquiry unless it has been two weeks past the expected date of arrival. If your parcel has been deemed lost in the post you will receive a refund on conclusion of the investigation – this may take several weeks.

CARE GUIDE

To ensure the longevity of your piece(s) please be sure to follow the care points below. Charms and pins are considered costume jewellery so they can tarnish if exposed to elements such as moisture, chemicals, water etc. When not being worn, they are best to be kept in the jewellery pouch supplied and cleaned with the cleaning cloth also provided with all purchases. Oxidation is inevitable over time and is considered a natural occurring process that cannot be considered a fault.

As these pins contain small parts, please keep out of reach from small children and do not leave children unattended with the pins.

PRODUCTS AND CONTENT ACCURACY

Love & Grace AU makes all efforts to ensure that our photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. The colour of the pieces may vary slightly due to variation in phone or computer display and production of charms can produce slightly different shades. Please note the gold on charms and pins may differ with different shades of gold and colours and therefore not match exactly.

Please be sure to read the care guide before purchasing. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of these products as it is dependent on how they are cared for.

RETURNS POLICY

Postage charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or exchange, the cost of return postage will be at the buyer’s expense and will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on our part. Pins do go through a quality control process before being sent.For any concerns with your pin, please contact us through the website with your order number, photos of any faults and the reason you wish to request a return/exchange. This will be assessed on a case-to-case basis.
